Dog agility classes and USDAA-sanctioned trials in Chandler — for teams starting from scratch and teams chasing titles.
The progression
Every course is a numbered sequence — and so is learning to run one. Start where you are and work the line. Dogs must be at least nine months old. Class sizes are capped and get smaller at each level.
Mondays · 6:30–7:45 PM
Introduces dogs to the obstacles while you build the foundation: start-line stays, coming to hand, and taking direction from you. No experience needed.

Continues obstacle work for teams already comfortable with jumps, teeter, dog walk, A-frame and weave poles.

For teams competing or preparing to compete. Obstacle performance for speed and accuracy, course analysis, off-leash communication and ring readiness.

Trials & events
We host three two-ring trials a year at Ida Redbird Elementary in Mesa, plus the USDAA Wild West Regional each January in Tucson — run start to finish by member volunteers. New to competing? Our Agility Buddy program pairs you with an experienced team for your first show.

Classes run outdoors on a fully fenced, gated field — the same footing you'll compete on. Bring water, treats, a flat collar and a six-foot leash, and a crate or exercise pen, which is required so dogs stay safe during setup and teardown.

Our mission
Good Dog Agility Club exists to give members high-quality training — from the first-time team to nationally ranked competitors. We use only positive reinforcement, and we focus on the relationship between handler and dog. We're a club, not a training business: dues stay low, members volunteer, and the people teaching you are the people competing beside you.
