Good Dog Agility
Is going paperless!
Good Dog Agility Club (GDA) has decided to convert all remaining paper Doggie Dollars to Digital Doggie Bytes. This will allow you to always have access to your well-earned rewards and be able to use the available online forms for class and show registration. All paper Doggie Dollar holders will have until February 28th, 2023 to convert to digital Doggie Bytes.
Ways to Convert to Doggie Bytes:
- If you are currently enrolled in a GDA class, please turn your envelope into Barb Eggett or Gregor Carr before or after your class on Monday or Tuesday. They will provide you a receipt as proof of receiving your envelope. Once the Treasurer has received the confirmed amount, that amount will be added to the Doggie Bytes database and you will receive an email with the updated Doggie Bytes amount.
- If you attend a GDA show or Fun Run, please turn your envelope into Maureen Hughes (or her designee). She will provide you a receipt as proof of receiving your envelope. Once the Treasurer adds the amount to the Doggie Bytes database, you will receive an email with the updated Doggie Bytes balance.
- Mail them to the GDA Treasurer at 5199 S Topaz Place, Chandler, AZ You may want to pay for tracking of your envelope if you use USPS. The amount of the Doggie Dollars received will be added to the Doggie Bytes database and you will receive an email with the updated Doggie Bytes amount.
- Please email Treasurer@gooddog.org if you need to make special arrangements other than what is listed here.
Do you have GDA issued Paper Show Certificates?:
GDA issued paper show certificates are also getting converted to digital. All original paper show certificates will need to be turned into the GDA Treasurer prior to August 31st, 2022. There will be a concentrated effort to find them. If you have one, please email Treasurer@gooddog.org to get them converted to digital. Show certificates will remain non-transferable.
Are you new to Doggie Bytes?
Doggie Bytes are GDA’s online tracking tool for volunteer rewards. The tool uses a person’s name and email address as an account to be used for earning and spending all GDA rewards. Doggie Bytes can be accessed on the GDA website. Use this link to learn more about Doggie Bytes.
